By accessing and using Rajahbet's website and services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Please read the full document carefully before registering.

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Rajahbet and its members. Rajahbet reserves the right to update these terms at any time — however, members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Rajahbet does not encourage the use of its services in violation of any country's laws. Compliance with your local laws is solely your responsibility.

When registering on Rajahbet, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Your name, date of birth, and mobile number all need to be correct. Providing false details may cause issues during account verification and could result in withdrawal requests being blocked.

• Each individual may hold a maximum of A can open an account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, or ID document is prohibited.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.

Rajahbet may request additional identity verification at any time for security purposes. Failure to cooperate may result in withdrawals being temporarily placed on hold.

Deposits on Rajahbet can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank card. The minimum deposit is ৳100, and the maximum limit varies depending on the payment method.

• Withdrawal requests are only processed after KYC verification has been completed.

Every bonus offer on Rajahbet has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. The general rules are as follows:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — claiming the same offer more than once is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the turnover requirement has been met.
• Free spin bonuses are valid for specific games within a set validity period.
• Two people from the same household or device cannot claim the same bonus.
• Rajahbet reserves the right to void any bonus if evidence of abuse is found.

How bonus turnover works: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5× requirement, you must place ৳5,000 worth of bets before you can withdraw. Your progress is visible directly in the bonus section of your account.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Rajahbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — take your time before deciding.
• Odds in Live Betting change in real time — the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are final.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the full stake will be refunded.
• Placing bets across multiple outcomes of the same game or match to gain an artificial advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Bets will not be accepted if your account has insufficient balance.

Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator) that is regularly audited by independent third parties. All outcomes are entirely random and computer-generated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Rajahbet:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using software, bots, or any automated method to place bets.
• Exploiting any technical glitch for an unfair advantage — if you discover a bug, report it to support immediately.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Abusive or disrespectful behavior toward Rajahbet staff.

Rajahbet may temporarily or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or suspicious information is detected.
• If financial fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If the user requests it themselves (self-exclusion).

Users may pause or permanently close their account at any time — this option is part of our responsible gaming policy.

Rajahbet accepts no liability for the following:

• Losing a bet due to an internet disconnection.
• If the user's own negligence leads to their password or account details being compromised.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• In the event of a natural disaster or unforeseen technical outage that disrupts service.

However, if a valid bet is cancelled due to a server-side issue on Rajahbet's end, the full stake will be refunded.

If you have a concern or dispute, contact Rajahbet's customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 24–72 hours.

• Dispute submission deadline: within Within 30 days A written complaint must be submitted.
• If the support team is unable to resolve the issue, it will be escalated to a higher level.
• Final decisions will be made in accordance with the guidelines of Rajahbet's relevant licensing authority.

Rajahbet reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, advance notice will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number or by email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you are always free to close your account.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions January 2026 from the effective date. Previous versions are automatically considered null and void.
